To avoid any confusion, especially with the negative press the letter Z is getting since the Russian war in Ukraine.
We would like to precise, that our project dates back to 2014, way before the current use of Z as a symbol.
StartupZ was chosen as a reference to 2 things: Zielona Gora, where this project was founded and launched. And generation “Z” the new young generation entering the entrepreneurship and startup world.
